Terms of Sale
These terms of sale govern the contractual relationship between REVLINE, hereinafter referred to as "the Lessor", and any individual or legal entity, hereinafter referred to as "the Renter", wishing to rent a vehicle.
Any reservation implies unconditional acceptance and compliance with all of these terms of sale.
Article 1 - Rental Conditions
1.1 Minimum age: The renter must be at least 20 years old.
1.2 Driver's license: The renter must hold a valid driver's license for at least 2 years.
1.3 Required documents: When picking up the vehicle, the renter must present:
- A valid ID
- A valid driver's license
- Proof of address less than 3 months old
- A credit card for the security deposit
Article 2 - Rates and Payment
2.1 Rates: Rates are indicated in euros including all taxes and include:
- Vehicle rental for the agreed duration
- Insurance with deductible
- 24/7 assistance
- Unlimited mileage
2.2 Security deposit: A security deposit of [AMOUNT TO BE COMPLETED] € is required when picking up the vehicle. It is returned when the vehicle is returned, minus any applicable fees.
2.3 Payment: Payment is made when picking up the vehicle by credit card.
Article 3 - Reservation and Cancellation
3.1 Reservation: Reservations are made by phone, email, or via the online form. They are final only after confirmation from the Lessor.
3.2 Cancellation by the Renter:
- More than 48h before: Free cancellation
- Between 48h and 24h before: 50% of the rental amount
- Less than 24h before: 100% of the rental amount
3.3 Modification: Any modification of the reservation must be reported at least 24h in advance and is subject to availability.
Article 4 - Use of the Vehicle
4.1 Usage: The vehicle is rented exclusively for private and personal use. Any commercial use or participation in competitions is strictly prohibited.
4.2 Drivers: Only the renter mentioned in the contract is authorized to drive the vehicle, unless otherwise stated.
4.3 Prohibitions:
- Driving under the influence of alcohol, drugs or medication
- Transporting more passengers than planned
- Using the vehicle for illegal purposes
- Subleasing the vehicle
Article 5 - Insurance and Deductible
5.1 Insurance: The vehicle is covered by insurance with a deductible of [AMOUNT TO BE COMPLETED] €.
5.2 Renter's Liability: In case of damage, the renter remains responsible for the deductible amount.
5.3 Exclusions: Insurance does not cover:
- Damage caused in case of traffic violations
- Damage caused under the influence of alcohol or drugs
- Damage to the vehicle interior
- Loss or theft of keys
Article 6 - Vehicle Condition and Return
6.1 Inspection: A joint inspection report is completed when picking up and returning the vehicle.
6.2 Fuel: The vehicle is provided with a full tank and must be returned with a full tank, otherwise additional charges will apply.
6.3 Late return: Any delay must be reported and will be charged at the hourly rate of [AMOUNT TO BE COMPLETED] €/hour.
6.4 Cleaning: The vehicle must be returned in a reasonably clean condition. Cleaning fees of [AMOUNT TO BE COMPLETED] € may apply.
Article 7 - Accident and Breakdown
7.1 In case of accident: The renter must:
- Immediately notify the Lessor
- Complete an accident report
- Never admit liability
- Notify authorities if necessary
7.2 In case of breakdown: The renter must immediately contact the Lessor who will arrange for breakdown service or vehicle replacement.
Article 8 - Personal Data
Personal data collected is used only for rental purposes and reservation management.

Article 9 - Applicable Law and Disputes
These Terms of Sale are subject to French law. In case of dispute, French courts will have sole jurisdiction.
In accordance with regulations, the Renter has the option to use a consumer mediator in case of dispute.
