What documents are required?
You will need a valid ID, a driver's license held for more than 2 years, and a credit card for the deposit.
Can I cancel my reservation?
Yes, free cancellation up to 48 hours before pickup. Beyond that, a 30% fee of the total amount applies.
Is insurance included?
Yes, all our vehicles are covered by insurance. A deductible applies in case of damage.
Do you offer delivery?
Yes, we deliver throughout Rhône-Alpes. For other destinations, contact us for a quote.
