What documents are required?
To rent a vehicle, you must present: a valid ID, a driver's license held for more than 3 years, and proof of address less than 3 months old.
Can I cancel my reservation?
Yes, you can cancel for free up to 48 hours before the rental start. After that, fees may apply.
Is insurance included?
Yes, all our vehicles are fully insured. An excess remains your responsibility in case of an at-fault accident.
Do you offer delivery?
Yes, we offer delivery and pickup of the vehicle at your chosen address in the Grenoble area (additional fee applies).
